Surgical Notes Selected as Preferred Transcription Vendor for United Surgical Partners
USPI centers that switch to Surgical Notes receive cost savings, use of
SNChart transcription application
Surgical Notes, a nationwide provider of transcription, coding and document management
services for the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and surgical hospital
markets, is happy to announce it has been selected by United Surgical
Partners International (USPI) as the preferred transcription vendor for
USPI's partner facilities.
USPI is an ASC and surgical hospital management and development company
with ownership interests in or operating more than 200 surgical facilities.
With Surgical Notes' selection by USPI as its preferred transcription
vendor, USPI facilities will receive pre-negotiated savings on their transcription
services. In addition, these facilities will receive use of Surgical Notes'
SNChart, a web-based management application that is directly integrated
with most leading practice management systems and allows physicians to
sign, edit, email or fax operative notes to referring physicians from
within the platform.
"By continuing to grow with Surgical Notes, USPI centers will not
only realize significant savings on their transcription, they will receive
the outstanding quality and customer service associated with Surgical
Notes' transcription solutions," said Randy Bishop, Chief Operating
Officer for Surgical Notes. "Each facility will enjoy its own dedicated
account manager who will be available via phone and/or email to address
questions and make any changes that are needed."
"USPI has established itself as an industry leader in the ambulatory
surgery industry, and we are pleased to have another opportunity to work
with the USPI team and its partners," he said. "We pride ourselves
on providing the best transcription and coding services in the industry,
and look forward to helping USPI's centers improve their operational
efficiency while reducing their costs."
