Surgical Notes, a nationwide provider of
revenue cycle solutions, including transcription, coding, revenue cycle management, document management,
and electronic health records applications, for the ambulatory surgery
center (ASC) and surgical hospital markets, announces the launch of "The
Note Pad," a new program developed exclusively for Surgical Notes clients.
The Note Pad is an online community designed to engage, educate, and reward
clients that use Surgical Notes solutions and services, which include
SNChart, a web-based transcription management tool; SNCoder, for full-service
coding and coding audits; and SNBilling, the newest component of its revenue
cycle offering that delivers full-service revenue cycle management.
Surgical Notes clients will be provided exclusive access to The Note Pad.
Once logged in, clients can choose from a wide range of simple and fun
activities called "challenges." These include contests, polls,
social sharing, and surveys. For every challenge completed, client participants,
called "advocates," will earn points. As these points accumulate,
clients can exchange them for rewards such as swag, gift cards, event
passes, and experiences, or make donations to charity. The Note Pad will
also include educational materials on Surgical Notes products, industry
developments and trends, and best practices for running an ASC.
The Note Pad will receive frequent updates, with new challenges, education,
and rewards added weekly. Users will have the opportunity to make recommendations
for rewards and educational content. They will also help steer the direction
of Surgical Notes by proving critical feedback and recommendations for
the company's products and services.
"If you use Surgical Notes, we think of you as more than just a customer
— you're a part of our family," said Randy Bishop, Chief
Operating Officer for Surgical Notes. "The Note Pad is an exciting
way for us to give back to our incredible clients for the amazing care
they provide to their patient communities and their loyalty to Surgical
Notes. We think clients will find The Note Pad to be a fun and educational
community."
